"An extremely comfortable and pristine hotel, particularly considering how remote Villa O’Higgins is. The cabins are warm and cosy, with wood floors and walls and an efficient shower. The main hotel area is also tastefully decorated and staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. They don’t have a restaurant but in addition to serving breakfast they will, on request, serve dinner - which we found to be good and definitely preferable to anywhere in town. "Imperdível. Casa confortável, excelente atendimento. Mas o bom mesmo é a utilização da área comum. É ampla, e muito perto do rio, que é maravilhoso. O deck é muito legal. Pra quem tem dúvidas, Puerto Bertrand é uma cidade bem pequena, mas você encontra mercados e opções para comida lá. O cartão Wise (visa) passou em todos os lugares que testamos tanto em Bertrand como na Patagônia toda. Ou seja, é possível ficar mais dias hospedado sem grandes problemas."
